Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Wealth Creation Innovations LLC d/b/a MetaMirror ("MetaMirror," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to our Cognitive Self-Portrait technology, immersive AI experiences, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Services Description

MetaMirror offers AI-driven identity preservation solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Cognitive Self-Portraits

  • AI-driven immersive AR/VR experiences

  • Digital legacy creation and management

Our Services involve the collection and processing of sensitive personal, biometric, and cognitive data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. User Accounts and Responsibility

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account.

 

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Content and Ownership

  • You retain ownership of any content, data, and materials ("User Content") you provide. However, by using our Services, you grant MetaMirror a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process your User Content as necessary to provide and improve the Services, including training AI models.

  • You may withdraw consent for continued AI training or request deletion of your Cognitive Self-Portrait at any time as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use Services to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

  • Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate data.

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from our Services.

  • Use Services to develop competing products.

  • Interfere with the functionality or security of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

MetaMirror retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all intellectual property rights, except for User Content. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Services without prior written consent.

8. Fees and Payments

Certain Services are provided on a paid basis as specified in our Pricing Plans.

 

You agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as outlined in your subscription or engagement agreement.

  • Authorize MetaMirror to charge your payment method on file for recurring fees.

  • Understand that failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Data Security and Privacy

We implement robust security measures to protect your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

 

Upon termination:

  • Your access to Services will cease.

  • You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

  • MetaMirror may retain aggregated or anonymized data for analytical purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. MetaMirror disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaMirror shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Services.

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your data.

  • Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted via the Services.

 

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MetaMirror harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through our website or via email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
