1. No Refund Policy

MetaMirror does not offer refunds for any products, services, subscriptions, or professional services once a purchase or subscription has been completed.

• One-time purchases

• Subscription-based services (monthly, annual, or otherwise)

• Professional services and consulting engagements

• Any customized or personalized Cognitive Self-Portraits or digital experiences

2. Non-Refundable Services

Given the personalized and AI-driven nature of our products and services, including the creation and maintenance of Cognitive Self-Portraits, all transactions are final. Once services have been initiated, they cannot be reversed, and therefore no refunds are provided.
